DQ Global™ was founded by Martin Doyle in 1995 as a sister company to his CRM implementation practice.
Martin identified early on that poor data quality was the number one inhibitor to user adoption of the emerging CRM market.
Dedupe was a milestone product in database deduplication technology, allowing users to match records in five spoken languages, without having to export and re-import their data.
DQ Global™ expands its product offerings to include, integrations with CRM systems such as Saleslogix (Infor CRM) and Pivotal. Likewise, further enhancing it’s matching and data management capabilities.
DQ Global™ refreshes it’s branding and continues to extend it’s integration capabilities. And raise awareness of data quality improvement as a strategic imperative.
DQ Global™ releases its exciting new product Perfect & Merge™ for Dynamics CRM (Now known as DQ For Dynamics™) Allowing users to match, master and merge their data inside their Dynamics CRM.
Based on customers needs, DQ Global™ extends its Professional Services team to deliver master data management and data quality improvement projects for its customers worldwide.
Following years of growth and success, DQ Global™ celebrated its 25th Birthday in 2020 with a brand new website, fresh branding and the launch of the new product – DQ on Demand™.
Together with DQ for Dynamics™ and DQ Studio™, the DQ Suite of software enables businesses worldwide to tackle their customer data quality challenges with ease.
2021 got off to a great start for DQ Global as we were announced as a gold medallist in SoftwareReviews’ Data Quality Data Quadrant Awards. Our all-in-one data management engine, DQ Studio, beat other industry giants, such as IBM and Oracle.
In 2022 DQ Global announced the exciting partnership with industry Experts Experian.
Together they launched DQ Compliance, a low code/no code solution which enables SME’s to utilise Experian’s market leading data in their own Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Dynamics CRM. Allowing them to easily collect and assess high-quality data, provide a robust view of businesses, what they do, and the people behind them to better understand the compliance risk.
