Cleanse

Cleanse integrates directly into your SalesLogix data sources to identify duplicates in any SalesLogix CRM database. Cleanse enhances the SalesLogix Check for Duplicates Wizard to ensure records are merged, re-assigned and synchronised correctly and allows users to set the threshold above which matching records will be returned as possible duplicates.

Capture is designed to plug into any SalesLogix CRM application with ease to prevent users adding duplicate data into SalesLogix databases. Name and address-related data is standardised and phonetically processed so that records may be matched where traditional computer matching techniques would normally fail.
